HI Fashionistas! Happy FriYAY!!!

So excited the weekend is here. I am so ready to unwind, relax and sew! We don’t always love sharing our  failures but here is a t-shirt dress I made that never made the cut. I made this dress last year and it didn’t make it past this picture. Looking back, this dress does not look that bad, but it went straight to the goodwill pile.

While this dress may not look like it has any issues, but it ended up being a bit too short, a bit too tight … and my serger was acting up so the seams looked like they had teeth coming out of them- not a nice look.

Here was my inspiration pic: A high-low t-shirt dress in a gray knit, although mine was a knee-length hem.

The gray dress was a fail but I did make this black hi-low dress HERE that I have worn so much since…This is one of my favs…

I used the TNT M6886 to make the dresses…

I still want a gray t – shirt dress and this weekend is the perfect time to make one!

Have a wonderful weekend and I will see you soon with my next project.
